| Our hearts are with those impacted by the hurricanes. The Florida Agriculture and Aquaculture Producers Natural Disaster Recovery Loan Program offers low-interest or interest-free loans to farmers and aquaculture producers affected by natural disasters.
To qualify, applicants must own a genuine farm operation or lease sovereign submerged land in designated counties. The loans can be used to restore, repair, or replace essential physical property and remove vegetative debris from the property. Loan funds may only be used for approved purposes, and there are limits on the number of loans an applicant may receive within specific periods as outlined in the Florida Statutes.
