The final Ag Water Rule has finally been released and is a significant development. The Ag Water Subpart E public inspection document was published in the federal register, with the official rule published on Monday, May 6. This new rule requires pre-harvest water assessments to identify potential hazards and manage risks to enhance public health protection.
